Mental Health & Happiness Sessions with Essex Indians Charity

Essex Indians Charity is pleased to introduce a special series of Mental Health and Happiness Sessions running from March to May 2026. These sessions are designed to create a safe, positive and supportive space for people to learn, reflect and grow together.

Each session will be 1 hour long and will focus on practical ways to improve emotional wellbeing, manage stress, build resilience and develop a healthier mindset in everyday life. The sessions will be interactive, friendly and suitable for people at all stages of life.

We welcome participation from:

* Teenagers
* Young Adults
* Adults

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming and many people struggle silently. These sessions aim to encourage open conversations around mental health while promoting happiness, confidence and self awareness. Participants will learn simple techniques that can help them cope with challenges, strengthen relationships and maintain balance in their daily routines.

Whether you are looking to support your own wellbeing or simply want to understand mental health better, these sessions are open to everyone in the community.
